Prior to installing products in the bathroom, you need to prepare sub flooring. Choose the
suitable thicknesses of pipes, bear in mind the distances needed between products and
consider the angles of inclination to ensure that the water installation works correctly.
It is recommended to use a formula (the drawing on the right) in determining the height of
sub flooring. In practice, the following standards are used:
- height of sub flooring 10 cm for distribution pipes with diameter 5 cm
- height of sub flooring 13 cm for distribution pipes with diameter 11 cm
Advice: The final height of bathroom floor must be 1 cm lower than in the other rooms.
